Oh and to add one thing to this - this possible alibi is exactly why
you can't just kick the guy off right from the start. Because if you
are wrong, exactly what did you do? Just punished an innocent man.
Suspension, yes. But to kick him off the team, not so fast.
The one major distinction between arrested for this and DWI is that
for DWI, you had to fail your FSB and probably breathalizer, and more
than likely, you are going to get convicted, because of major
evidence. This, who knows.
