Oh horseshit. 2nd generation parents didn't speak English. The Hmong
are regarded by other Asians as their amoral "niggers."

The bulk of today's blacks have never known James Crow. Society has
bent over backwards to encourage their education, including
unconstitutional racial preferences, busing, separate graduation
ceremonies at their behest... . And of course, there's a black
culture, more pronounced than ever. The gap ever widens.
